What You’ll Do
  • Provide full-time clinical care: clinic, surgery, deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, ~1,600 deliveries/year)
  • Lead and develop the women’s health program and strategic initiatives in Cincinnati’s east side
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners such as University of Cincinnati MFM services
  • Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers to foster excellence and teamwork
  • Participate in administrative duties, strategic planning, and quality improvement efforts
  • Maintain a balanced schedule with administrative leadership time and clinical responsibilities
What You Need
Required:
  • Ohio Medical License
  • 5+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience
  • Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
  • Leadership or administrative experience preferred

Preferred:
  • Strong clinical and strategic leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
