What You’ll Do
  • Lead and oversee a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists in providing exceptional pediatric care
  • Manage newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
  • Provide expert pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department
  • Perform circumcisions and participate in clinical procedures
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists and other specialists to deliver integrated patient care
  • Participate in CQI initiatives, clinical research, and quality improvement projects
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on patient outcomes
  • Engage in continuous education and leadership development opportunities

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Pediatric Medical License in Ohio
  • Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine
  • 3+ years of pediatric hospitalist experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Experience leading or managing healthcare teams
  • Familiarity with NICU and neonatal care
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
