Licenses/Certifications: Pediatric Medical License and board certification required
Experience: Minimum of 3 years pediatric hospitalist experience; leadership experience preferred

What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists in providing exceptional pediatric care
Manage newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
Provide expert pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department
Perform circumcisions and participate in clinical procedures
Collaborate with Neonatologists and other specialists to deliver integrated patient care
Participate in CQI initiatives, clinical research, and quality improvement projects
Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on patient outcomes
Engage in continuous education and leadership development opportunities
What You Need
Required:
Valid Pediatric Medical License in Ohio
Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine
3+ years of pediatric hospitalist experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience leading or managing healthcare teams
Familiarity with NICU and neonatal care
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
