Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $26.00/hour + $0.75 night shift differential

What You’ll Do
Oversee and coordinate resident care under RN supervision in a long-term care setting
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents as ordered
Record resident responses and complete documentation in EHR/EMR systems
Assist physicians during rounds and exams as needed
Support and supervise Nursing Assistants to ensure care plans are followed
Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and update care plans accordingly
Collect specimens, assist with transfers, and aid with post-mortem procedures when required
Maintain a clean, safe environment and report safety hazards
Participate in team meetings, care plan conferences, and ongoing training
What You Need
Valid LVN or LPN license in Pennsylvania (active)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate attitude and passion for elderly care
Prior LTC experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome
Ability to pass physical and meet health standards
