Pay & Benefits
Hourly pay rate: $38.54 – $64.50
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients with various impairments in an outpatient setting
Develop personalized care plans to improve patient outcomes
Apply manual techniques, vestibular rehab, and pelvic floor therapy as needed (preferred skills)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes
Document progress and treatment plans accurately and timely
What You Need
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
State licensure as an Arkansas Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care
Prior outpatient experience a plus but not necessary
