Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement PT interventions aligned with best practices
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress thoroughly and accurately
Assist in patient education and discharge planning
Uphold compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
Kansas Physical Therapy License
CPR & BLS certifications (required)
1+ years of inpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred:
Experience in hospital inpatient settings
Additional certifications or specialties are a plus
