Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (standard rate, with additional compensation discussed at interview)
Sign-On Bonus: $40,000

Administer various anesthetic techniques including intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia
Provide anesthesia care for diverse patient populations across surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop personalized anesthesia plans
Monitor patients intra- and post-operatively for safety and optimal recovery
Manage airway and respond to anesthesia emergencies as needed
Collaborate with surgical teams and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
Document all patient interactions accurately within EPIC EMR
Participate in a flexible self-scheduling system for various shift lengths
What You Need
Valid ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA certification
Preferably 2+ years of CRNA experience; not open to new grads
Ability to work autonomously within the hospital setting
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
