Pay & Benefits
  • Competitive salary between $136,822 – $179,379 annually, based on experience
  • Up to $10,000 annual incentive through QVIP
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000 (eligibility applies)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive trauma and acute care during overnight shifts
  • Manage trauma admissions, emergency surgeries, and inpatient care
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, interpret diagnostic tests
  • Assist trauma surgeons with procedures and resuscitations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
  • Document and maintain clinical workflows in Epic EMR
  • Practice autonomously in a high-acuity environment
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and performance benchmarks
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities

What You Need
  • Colorado Physician Assistant license
  • Minimum 2 years trauma or surgical experience (or completion of fellowship)
  • ACLS/BLS certifications preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in trauma and emergency surgery
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex cases
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
