Pay Package: Competitive base salary aligned with MGMA guidelines; salary expectations may be submitted

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive urological care including laparoscopic and general procedures
Collaborate with a team of experienced urologists, including uro-oncologists
Manage outpatient clinics and participate in surgical procedures at hospital OR and outpatient surgery center featuring da Vinci robotic systems
Maintain high clinical standards with an emphasis on excellent communication and patient outcomes
Mentor and participate in teaching medical students and residents from Central Michigan University
Engage in call responsibilities (1:4) with support from experienced staff
What You Need
Required:
Michigan medical license (or eligible)
Board Certified in Urology (or eligible)
Experience in laparoscopic and general urology procedures
Excellent communication skills and clinical outcomes focus
Preferred:
Leadership skills and prior experience in building urologic practices
Experience with robotic surgeries and uro-oncology
