Pay & Benefits
Salary: Starting at $600,000+ annual base salary, guaranteed for two years
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
Monthly Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 over five years

What You’ll Do
Provide expert orthopedic surgical and consultation services
Conduct in-office procedures, follow-ups, and inpatient care as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care providers and support staff
Participate in flexible call and weekend coverage
Use Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
Engage in teaching and mentoring of clinical staff and advanced practice providers
Maintain detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and documentation adhering to hospital standards
Contribute to optimizing patient outcomes within a vibrant community setting
Work in a modern hospital with advanced ORs, emergency, therapy, and wellness services
What You Need
Required:
MD or DO degree and board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
Missouri medical license or eligible for licensure in Missouri
J1 visa sponsorship eligibility
Strong surgical and clinical skills in orthopedics
Preferred:
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
