Position: Neurosurgeon (Perm – Surgery – Neuro) Location: Saginaw, MI Facility: Covenant HealthCare – Level II Trauma Center, 650-bed acute care hospital
Covenant HealthCare is seeking a highly qualified full-time Neurosurgeon to join our esteemed surgical team in Saginaw, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a comprehensive, multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced facilities and exceptional patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures, ensuring high-quality surgical outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Interpret advanced diagnostic imaging such as MRI, CT scans, and angiograms to inform clinical decision-making.
Provide consultative, assessment, and follow-up care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Participate actively in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care while maintaining high surgical standards and professionalism.
Operate within the high-acuity setting of a Level II Trauma Center, utilizing state-of-the-art support services and facilities.
Qualifications:
Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery.
Medical license to practice in Michigan or eligibility for licensure.
Proven experience in cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures is preferred.
Strong collaborative skills and commitment to multidisciplinary care.
Demonstrated dedication to clinical excellence and patient safety.
