Position Overview
Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: Flexible options including 2-5 days per week, with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; alternating week-on/week-off schedules available (e.g., 7 am-7 pm Monday-Thursday, 7 am-5 pm Friday, plus Saturdays).
Patient Care: 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient consultations. You will treat a diverse range of rheumatologic conditions, engaging in complex and interesting cases within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care, including diagnosis, management, and treatment planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subspecialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities within the practice.
Participate in occasional inpatient consults if desired, utilizing available hospital support services.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology (VMS Certification required).
Medical license to practice in Ohio.

Ability to obtain or maintain appropriate hospital and medical staff privileges.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $300,000 to $350,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
