About the Role
As a vital member of our specialized ENT team, you will provide comprehensive general ENT services, with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests such as Laryngology, Skull Base Surgery, or Audiology. You’ll work closely with fellowship-trained experts in head and neck surgery, microvascular surgery, laryngology, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine, all within a state-of-the-art clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered ENT care across a broad spectrum of general and subspecialty services.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide tertiary-level care, including complex surgeries and procedures.
Participate in clinic management, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring the highest standards of service.
Engage in clinic growth initiatives, including developing specialties aligned with your interests.
Share call duties equitably within a supportive group, ensuring work-life balance.
Utilize EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) for efficient documentation and patient management.
Embrace ongoing professional development through CME and membership in professional societies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT).
Valid Colorado medical license or eligibility.
Excellent clinical skills with a passion for patient care and team collaboration.
Ability to develop a comprehensive practice, with special interest in Laryngology, Skull Base Surgery, or related fields encouraged.
Current BLS certification.
No sponsorship available; visa candidates will not be considered.

Salary: $458,000 – $508,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
