Pay & Benefits
Pay package: Starting at $425,000 annually + productivity incentives
Additional benefits:
$75,000 signing bonus
$2,000/month residency/fellowship stipend
$125,000 student loan repayment over 6 years

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient and inpatient settings
Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecological surgeries and preventative care
Conduct inpatient hospital rounds; coordinate with hospitalists to ensure continuous patient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and advanced practice providers
Utilize advanced technological facilities like ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, and robotic surgery
Participate in shared call schedule, ensuring responsiveness while maintaining work-life balance
Document all clinical activities accurately, adhering to hospital policies and legal standards
Lead and mentor clinical support staff and advanced practice providers
Engage in ongoing education and professional development
What You Need
Required:
Medical license in Missouri
Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Ability to obtain J1 or DRA visa sponsorship
Preferred:
2+ years of clinical experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
