What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU environment
Collaborate with a dedicated team of Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
Utilize advanced therapies like HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
Work closely with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists for comprehensive patient care
Coordinate with neonatal transport teams during emergencies and patient transfers
Deliver care focused on family-centered practices within a single-family room NICU model
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical research efforts
Uphold standards of safety, excellence, and compassionate family support
What You Need
Active or eligible Virginia medical license and necessary certifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Prior NICU experience preferred, with strong clinical skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
