Pay & Benefits
Salary: Starting at $250,000 for new fellows, with increases based on experience
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (as per job order; note likely placeholder)
Provide high-quality neonatology care in a Level III NICU with 72 beds and an ADC of 60
Manage neonatal emergencies including ECMO, inhaled nitric oxide, high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling
Participate in neonatal transport and resuscitation teams
Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and surgical teams to deliver comprehensive care
Support a busy cardiovascular surgery program, managing infants with complex needs
Engage in teaching opportunities if aligned with academic affiliation
Maintain high standards of teamwork and adherence to clinical guidelines
What You Need
Valid medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
Board Certification or Boards Eligible in Neonatology
Prior experience or recent fellowship graduation through 2025
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
