Job Description:Our newly established neonatology practice is part of Pediatrix® Medical Group one of the nation’s leading providers of highly specialized health care for women babies and children.At Pediatrix Neonatology of Nevada our board-certified fellowship-trained neonatologists provide a wide range of cutting-edge services. Providing a multidisciplinary team approach delivers significant results and improved patient outcomes. Therefore our neonatologists routinely collaborate with various pediatric subspecialists such as neurologists cardiologists pulmonologists gastroenterologists and surgeons to share knowledge and determine the best treatment option for each newborn’s unique needs.
Our goal is to provide evidence-based quality care to our patients in the Las Vegas metropolitan area and beyond.
Mountain View Hospital has a 24-bed level III NICU with an average daily census of 24.
- Services offered include high frequency jet and oscillators body cooling and iNO is available.
- Full pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery.
- The 425-bed teaching full-service hospital is in the heart of Northwest Las Vegas one of the fastest growing areas in the valley.
- Teaching and CQI opportunities.Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center - A new state-of-the-art 15-bed level III NICU with an average daily census of 5.
- Pediatric subspecialists include cardiology and surgery.
- The 265-bed hospital is in Spring Valley a suburb of Las Vegas.Both hospitals are a member of the Sunrise Health System consisting of Sunrise Children’s Hospital with a level IV NICU and our affiliated neonatologists. Compensation and Benefits
