What You’ll Do
Provide neonatology coverage for a Level-III NICU (10 beds)
Deliver care for newborn patients in a 20-bed newborn unit with daily support from Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
Participate in a 3-physician neonatal staffing model to ensure collaborative clinical coverage
Perform daily rounding in the NICU and newborn settings
Provide clinical oversight and management for critically ill and premature infants
Support admissions, stabilization, and ongoing management of neonatal patients
Collaborate closely with nursing staff, NNPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
Participate in a home-call coverage rotation for NICU responsibilities

Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Ability to provide residency within the immediate local area (per position requirements); relocation may be required
Preferred
Experience working in a NICU setting and collaborating in multidisciplinary care teams
Comfort participating in a home-call rotation model
