Description: BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join the expanding cardiology team at Parkland Health Center in Farmington Missouri located approximately 90 minutes from St. Louis. This outstanding full-time opportunity offers mentorship from experienced physicians state-of-the-art facilities J1 and H1B visa sponsorship and an exceptional work-life balance with no after-hours STEMI call—all within a nationally respected physician-led organization.
Job Description
The Interventional Cardiologist will:Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care at Parkland Health CenterPerform cardiac catheterizations PCI CardioMEMS and peripheral vascular proceduresEnjoy a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural timeParticipate in a 1:4 call schedule one night per week and one weekend per month minimal call-backsWork alongside 2 Interventional Cardiologists 1 Invasive Cardiologist and 2 experienced APPsOptionally perform device/pacemaker implantations a plus but not requiredUtilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentationCollaborate with the BJC Medical Group Cardiac Service Line for coordinated careParticipate in program development and community outreach initiativesBenefit from excellent mentorship for recent fellowship graduatesNot accepting Locums candidatesOpen to visa candidatesBE in 2026 preferred and 2027 Interventional Cardiology Fellows welcomedNot open to 1099 candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
