What You’ll Do
  • Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage at major Seattle-area facilities (two sites)
  • Manage obstetric triage and emergencies, including conditions such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
  • Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and OB teams with labor and deliveries and obstetric emergencies
  • Assist with surgical and emergency cases as needed
  • Perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy and support for the Emergency Department
  • Collaborate in a collegial environment with an established maternal-fetal medicine team
  • Participate in academic activities, including teaching trainees (as applicable)

What You Need
Required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
  • Residency within the immediate local area (per position requirements)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of 6–8 24-hour shifts per month

Preferred
  • Experience supporting MFM and obstetric emergencies
  • Experience with teaching/academic participation (based on interest and program needs)
