What You’ll Do
Provide OB/GYN hospitalist coverage at major Seattle-area facilities (two sites)
Manage obstetric triage and emergencies, including conditions such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and OB teams with labor and deliveries and obstetric emergencies
Assist with surgical and emergency cases as needed
Perform routine GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy and support for the Emergency Department
Collaborate in a collegial environment with an established maternal-fetal medicine team
Participate in academic activities, including teaching trainees (as applicable)
What You Need
Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
Residency within the immediate local area (per position requirements)
Ability to work a flexible schedule of 6–8 24-hour shifts per month
Preferred
Experience supporting MFM and obstetric emergencies
Experience with teaching/academic participation (based on interest and program needs)
