What You’ll Do:
Provide family-centered, high-quality neonatal care in a Level-III NICU
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and hospital staff
Manage care for high-risk, premature, or critically ill infants
Support neonatal transports from regional hospitals
Participate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Cover scheduled shifts and respond to emergent neonatal needs
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
Current NNP Board Certification (no FNP or PNP accepted)
Minimum of 2 years’ neonatal intensive care experience
Proficiency in neonatology care and protocols
Ability to work flexible shift hours, including 24-hour shifts
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
