What You’ll Do:
Provide neonatal critical care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services and growing Nurseries
Collaborate closely with Neonatologists to provide coverage during evening shifts
Participate in in-person emergency and daily rounds at Level II units
Share responsibilities for delivery attendance in partnership with Neonatologists
Manage all aspects of patient care for infants in the NICU
Support unit operations with flexible scheduling (12- or 24-hour shifts)
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and provide expert neonatal care
What You Need:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal NP certification (must be Board Certified)
Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal NP experience (preferred)
Strong collaborative skills and neonatal care expertise
Ability to work a flexible, shift-based schedule
Clear communication and teamwork skills
