Job Description:State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed Level-III NICUThe health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per yearCape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery servicePrimary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICUAll subspecialty services available except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO and high-risk delivery service coverageIn-house call and 24-hour NNP coverageLevel-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from homeTeam of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPsWe value a team-approach toward care in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unitOur core values support a culture of life-long learning and professional growthRobust quality improvement program and opportunities for clinical research if desired*Exceptional new graduates are invited to apply - tuition assistance available!Candidates must be NNP Board Certified cannot accept FNP PNP or any other NP certificationsNot accepting new graduate candidates - 2 years' experience as NNP requiredNot accepting Locums candidatesNNPs do 12 hour shifts there is an option for 24 hours based on experience levelNNPs work 156 hours a month 1872 a yearOpen to J1 and H1B visa candidatesThis is a permanent position and we are not seeking a commuter or someone who wants block schedules
