What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU (10-bed)
Manage and support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
Support daily coverage for a newborn nursery unit (20-bed)
Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
Collaborate closely with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary hospital team
Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
Participate in a structured shift schedule, including 16- and 24-hour shifts
What You Need
Required
Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure (state requirements not specified in the job order)
