What You'll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a brand-new, Level I nursery with approximately 600 deliveries annually
Conduct daily rounds on newborns and attend deliveries as needed
Manage, stabilize, and facilitate transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 NNPs and support staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols for neonatal care
Contribute to a supportive and innovative healthcare environment in Belmont, NC
What You Need
Valid and current NNP Board Certification (no FNP/PNP accepted)
Minimum of 2 years of recent Neonatal NP experience (excluding RN experience)
Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and leadership skills
