What You’ll Do
Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU
Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU/SCN
Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to medically complex newborns
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, newborn nursery pediatricians, and nurse practitioners
Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to treatment planning
Support newborn stabilization and ongoing intensive care management
Help meet expanding coverage needs within a fast-growing neonatal program
What You Need
Required
Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure/certification:Not specified in the job order—please apply with your current credentials
Neonatal/NICU readiness: Ability to provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity environment
Experience:New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred
Experience in a NICU/SCN or neonatal-focused clinical setting
Comfort working in a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment
Strong commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care for medically fragile newborns
About the Assignment
