What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU
  • Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU/SCN
  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to medically complex newborns
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, newborn nursery pediatricians, and nurse practitioners
  • Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to treatment planning
  • Support newborn stabilization and ongoing intensive care management
  • Help meet expanding coverage needs within a fast-growing neonatal program
What You Need
Required
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure/certification: Not specified in the job order—please apply with your current credentials
  • Neonatal/NICU readiness: Ability to provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity environment
  • Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred
  • Experience in a NICU/SCN or neonatal-focused clinical setting
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care for medically fragile newborns
