Position Overview:
We seek a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team for night shifts at North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale, MN. The technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other radiological exams, ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray exams and other radiological procedures within scope of licensure, such as EKGs and Dexa scans.
Ensure imaging is of optimal quality, accurately presenting results for physician review.
Administer EKGs and record findings clearly and efficiently.
Maintain precise and confidential patient medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Operate imaging and EMR computer systems accurately and efficiently.
Conduct daily system checks, quality control tests, and document findings appropriately.
Recognize emergent situations, applying critical thinking to respond promptly and effectively.
Interact professionally with physicians, co-workers, patients, and their families, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe department environment.
Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and institutional policies, including North Memorial's Corporate Code of Conduct and privacy standards.
Participate in ongoing skill development and proficiency assessments, seeking continuous improvement.
Support organizational goals through flexibility and willingness to undertake additional duties as assigned.
Report any compliance concerns or violations to supervisory or compliance personnel.
Qualifications:
Certified as an ARRT Radiologic Technologist and current BLS certification.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and efficiently.
Knowledge of EMR systems and quality control procedures is a plus.
