Salary Range: $34.70 to $49.46 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist specialized in X-Ray imaging to join our team at Maple Grove Hospital. In this role, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing a variety of medical conditions. As a vital member of our radiology department, you will operate imaging equipment, ensure accurate patient positioning, and produce high-quality images to support effective patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate radiographic equipment in accordance with physicians’ instructions to produce diagnostic images.
Correctly position patients to obtain optimal images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Follow established protocols and safety guidelines related to radiation exposure.
Assist physicians with radiologic procedures when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed.
Ensure all imaging equipment is functioning properly, perform basic quality control, and report malfunctions promptly.
Adhere to hospital policies, infection control procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Demonstrate exceptional patient care, compassion, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Current certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification required).
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Prior experience with X-Ray procedures preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to dynamic clinical environments.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
