What You’ll Do
Provide mobile X-ray services (portable digital DR or computed CR) at nursing homes and other healthcare facilities
Unload and transport portable radiography equipment and perform physician-ordered exams
Ensure clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images for radiologist interpretation
Process and transmit exam images/documentation for interpretation per protocol
Perform EKGs as needed (if applicable) and transmit results for cardiologist interpretation
Scan and manage exam-related paperwork/billing documents daily per established procedures
Maintain communication with dispatch and management and interact professionally with client staff
What You Need Required
Active Radiologic Technologist licensure/certification (details to be confirmed during the application process)
Ability to perform mobile imaging using portable DR/CR equipment
Professional communication skills and reliability in a mobile healthcare environment
Ability to follow protocols for exam imaging, transmission, documentation, and daily paperwork scanning
Preferred
Experience working in mobile imaging, outpatient, or facility-based settings
Experience with portable radiography workflows (DR/CR), and/or EKGs if required for the assignment
