Competitive hourly rate: $32.00 – $34.00

Key Responsibilities:
Perform portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiographic exams at various healthcare and correctional facilities.
Ensure high-quality, clinically diagnostic images are obtained and properly transmitted to radiologists for interpretation.
Set up, operate, and maintain portable X-ray equipment within the facility environment.
Conduct electrocardiograms (EKGs) when required and transmit results to cardiologists for analysis.
Process and scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate professionally and efficiently with dispatch, management, colleagues, and facility staff.
Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all radiology equipment and vehicles used for mobile services.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Physical Demands:
The position requires physical effort, including pushing and pulling equipment weighing between 50 to 100 lbs. Use of vehicle ramps and pulleys minimizes manual lifting. Technologists may perform multiple physical tasks up to 24 times per day, requiring strength, stamina, and caution to maintain safety.
Qualifications:
ARRT Certification (mandatory)
Valid state license to operate radiologic technology in Delaware (DE) and/or Maryland (MD)
Proven experience in portable X-ray imaging preferred
Strong communication and professional interaction skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to handle physical demands safely and effectively
Work Schedule:
Dayshift hours with potential shift differentials
Travel required to various sites within Wilmington, DE and Easton, MD
