Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Robbinsdale, MN. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to delivering high-quality imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. The successful candidate will perform computed tomography procedures with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality CT imaging procedures efficiently and safely, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Apply critical thinking to select appropriate imaging techniques based on patient needs and clinical indications.
Recognize and respond promptly to emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Properly utilize hospital and imaging software systems for scheduling, documentation, and image management.
Collaborate professionally with physicians, healthcare team members, patients, and their families to facilitate effective care.
Manage and administer medications or contrast agents as authorized and necessary for imaging procedures.
Accept additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational goals.
Demonstrate proficiency in all required skills, continually seeking to improve and upgrade competencies.
Stay informed of updates in imaging technology and best practices to enhance service quality.
Compliance & Regulatory Standards:
Adhere strictly to all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements relevant to radiologic services.
Follow North Memorial Health’s Corporate Code of Conduct, emphasizing integrity and ethical practice.
Protect patient and staff privacy, accessing information only as necessary to perform job duties.

Qualifications & Certifications:
Current VMS Certification with BLS (Basic Life Support) and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
Proven experience performing CT imaging with a focus on safety and quality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
