Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray (Evenings) – Pensacola, FL (Perm Placement)
Location: 6000 U.S. Highway 98, Pensacola, FL 32512
Certification Requirement: ARRT Certification


Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team on an evening shift in Pensacola, FL. This role involves providing mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other medical sites within our extensive nationwide network serving over 7,500 care facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, professionalism, and a passion for patient care, contributing to a rewarding work environment with opportunities for career growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform portable digital (DR) and computed radiography (CR) X-ray procedures, ensuring high-quality, diagnostically accurate images.
  • Transport and set up portable X-ray equipment at various healthcare facilities, adhering to safety and protocol standards.
  • Transmit digital images promptly to radiologists for interpretation, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct electrocardiograms (EKGs) as required and transmit outputs for specialist review.
  • Accurately scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain and properly care for X-ray equipment and company vehicles, ensuring readiness and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and facility staff to coordinate patient workflow and address any technical issues.
  • Uphold professional interactions with patients, healthcare personnel, and colleagues, emphasizing compassionate care and service excellence.


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • ARRT Certification (mandatory)
  • Valid State License in Radiologic Technology (or eligible for licensure in Florida)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and push/pull 50-100 lbs., with accommodations for equipment handling (use of ramps and pulleys as needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and technical competency in radiography and EKG procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to patient safety and quality
  • Prior mobile X-ray experience preferred but not mandatory
