Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $45.00 – $50.00
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000, paid quarterly in the first year (first bonus payout with your initial paycheck)

Position Overview
As a Radiologic Technologist on our mobile care team, you will deliver essential X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other client sites in Fresno, CA. This role offers autonomy, variety, and an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by ensuring accurate diagnostics in diverse settings.
Key Responsibilities
Operate portable digital (DR) and computed radiography (CR) equipment to perform diagnostic X-rays in various care environments.
Ensure high-quality, clinically diagnostic images by applying technical expertise and proper positioning.
Submit or transmit images promptly to radiologists for interpretation.
Conduct EKGs as required and transmit results to cardiologists for review.
Unload, set up, and maintain portable X-ray equipment at each facility, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
Manage and update exam paperwork and billing documents daily, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, healthcare providers, and clients to coordinate services smoothly.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and operational safety of all X-ray equipment and company vehicles.
Physical Demands
The role requires lifting or pushing/pulling equipment weighing 50-100 lbs., with assistance and safety equipment used as needed.
Frequent movement and physical activity are inherent to the position, including handling equipment and navigating various care facilities.

Qualifications and Requirements
Valid ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (mandatory)
State licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
Excellent technical skills in digital radiography and EKG procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in dynamic environments
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
