Position: International Permanent Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Batesville, AR
Position Type: Permanent Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate International Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed therapists committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing their professional growth in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with diverse impairments.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and healthcare regulations, including VMS certification requirements (ACLS and BLS).
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Current certification in BLS; ACLS certification preferred or required.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic floor therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about improving patients' quality of life through dedicated therapeutic care.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly rate from $38.54 to $64.50, commensurate with experience.
Generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 with a commitment of at least three years.
