Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our healthcare team at our Lancaster, NH facility. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care across a variety of procedures, including orthopedics, general surgery, podiatry, pain management, urology, and endoscopy. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms by ensuring the availability and sterility of instruments, supplies, and equipment needed for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies, and maintaining the sterile field throughout the operation.
Understand the specifics of each surgical procedure to anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently, ensuring their proper function and sterility.
Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and organizational policies.
Support patient safety and comfort by adhering to all operative procedures and protocols.
Collaborate effectively with surgical team members to promote a seamless workflow.
Contribute to a positive, patient-family-centered care environment that aligns with organizational mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA.
BLS (AHA) certification required.
Relevant experience in general, orthopedic, or specialty surgical settings preferred.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot surgical equipment efficiently.

Dayshift schedule, with the rate commensurate with experience.
