This role offers the chance to work on a startup pediatric program, delivering standard pediatric cases with a manageable patient load. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, 4 to 5 days per week, with each day consisting of eight hours plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The position is available immediately and offers ongoing contract potential, allowing you to establish a long-term professional relationship.
Required Skills:
Valid dental license and current Pediatric Dentistry certification
Proven clinical skills in managing pediatric dental cases
Excellent communication and patient management abilities
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Open Dental
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in startup or outpatient pediatric dental programs
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Additional certifications or training in sedation or advanced pediatric procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Dental Degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric dental practice experience
Prior experience using Open Dental EMR system
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel or drive to the practice location (client prefers drive-in candidates; travel expenses considered on a case-by-case basis)
Ability to start promptly; credentialing takes approximately six weeks
No Medicaid requirement for patient coverage
This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $127.30, with a weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), generous referral bonuses, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and other incentives.
