Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (rate discussed upon application)
Pay package includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Provide inpatient neonatal care for high-risk infants in NICU Level III (16 beds, up to 20)
Participate in high-risk deliveries and attend all C-sections as required for NICU admissions
Conduct daily rounds and monitor infants’ progress
Collaborate with a team of mid-levels and full-time neonatologists
Participate in outpatient neonatal clinics every Thursday
Use Epic EMR for documentation and communicate via pager and Spectra Link phones
Respond to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes
Support high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
What You Need:
Active PA Medical License and Neonatology Certification
Minimum 2 years of Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine experience
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations
Comfortable with Epic EMR and rapid response protocols
