What You’ll Do:
Transport medical equipment safely and efficiently to and from patient locations
Assist with patient service tasks to ensure positive patient experiences
Set up and troubleshoot medical equipment as needed
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with patients and staff
Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality guidelines
Document delivery and service activities accurately
Support team operations to ensure timely and reliable service delivery
What You Need:
Required:
Valid healthcare-related certification or driver’s license (when applicable)
Prior experience in patient services, equipment delivery, or related field
Strong customer service skills
Ability to follow safety and confidentiality protocols
Preferred:
Experience with medical equipment handling
Familiarity with local area and navigation
