Required Skills:
Valid state licensure or certification in pediatric therapy or rehabilitation
Proven experience in pediatric therapy, rehabilitation, or related fields
Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental disorders and treatment protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement tailored therapy plans
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
Experience working with diverse pediatric populations
Familiarity with telehealth modalities
Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or relevant allied health fields
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical pediatric therapy experience
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to work shifts as scheduled: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays from 09:00 to 17:30; Wednesdays and Fridays from 08:00 to 16:30
Ability to travel to various patient locations when required
Valid state licensure or certification in good standing
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
