What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic, neurological, gait/balance, pain management, work-related injuries, and surgical patients
Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress using Cerner Electronic Charting system
Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery outcomes
What You Need
Current BLS certification
Pending or active Indiana state license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 2/3 major holidays
No relocation restrictions
About the Assignment
This outpatient therapy position is based in a short-term acute care facility with a dedicated and supportive staff. The facility serves a diverse patient population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical cases. You'll have the opportunity to apply a wide range of clinical skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to patient recovery and quality of life.
