Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $56.95/hour (paid weekly via direct deposit)

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population
Manage approximately 10 visits per day, including evaluations and follow-ups
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized rehab plans
Document patient progress accurately in the EPIC EMR system
Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility regulations
Participate in quality improvement activities and patient education sessions
What You Need
Required:
LA State Licensure as a PT
BLS certification
At least 1 year of outpatient experience
Epic EMR experience preferred
Preferred:
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and scheduling
