Join Our Team as a PT Outpatient Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialist!

Required Skills:
Valid Louisiana State License
BLS Certification
Minimum of 1 year outpatient therapy experience
Epic EMR system experience
Ability to manage approximately 10 visits per day effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to patient needs in outpatient and occasional inpatient settings
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in orthopedic, neuro, or disability rehabilitation
Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
At least one year of clinical outpatient therapy experience, with expertise in general ortho, neuro, and disability cases
Other Requirements:
Willingness to accept assignment starting on 04/06/2026
Ability to work the scheduled shift from 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Scrubs required: Maroon/Wine/Burgundy
Candidates should be comfortable with occasional emergency team assignments that may require staying at the facility until the event passes, with related pay adjustments communicated as needed
Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications
Travel and other reimbursements applicable when necessary
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $56.95, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and more.
