We are seeking a dedicated PT Inpatient Rehab Therapist to join a small, specialized 20-bed critical access hospital that is dual-certified for acute care and swingbed services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing outpatient therapy while supporting inpatient evaluations and visits. What You Bring:
Valid Mississippi State License in Physical Therapy
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Epic EMR experience
Comfortable working in a small hospital environment with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Ability to assist with evaluations and inpatient visits, averaging 8 per day
Flexibility to adapt to emergency team assignments at the discretion of management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
Experience working in critical access or swingbed settings
Previous travel therapy experience
Additional certifications in specialized areas of rehab
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
At least one year of outpatient or inpatient therapy experience
Other Requirements:
No weekends or on-call duties required
Shift: Day 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 – 16:30)
Willingness to participate in emergency response assignments if needed
Travel and relocation reimbursements provided as applicable
Ability to start by March 2, 2026
