Required Skills:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
Valid medical license to practice in Alabama
Proven expertise in managing hematology and oncology cases
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with inpatient and outpatient oncology care
Familiarity with radiation therapy and infusion procedures
Participation in tumor boards and cancer registries
Prior experience in a hospital setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of a Hematology/Oncology fellowship
Recent graduates or experienced physicians considered
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Visa candidates accepted for 2027

Willingness to work days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Shared call at 1:4
