What You'll Do
Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
Float to different units within the organization as needed
Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation using EPIC electronic health records
Support patient families with education and updates
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
What You Need
Required:
Valid Ohio RN license
BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience
EPIC electronic health record experience
Ability to work night shifts and float to various units
Preferred:
Prior experience in a hospital setting with similar unit responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
