Experience: Minimum 2 years of overall acute care nursing, including at least 1 year of PCU experience

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatrics with diagnoses such as acute leukemia
Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias using MS/Tele station equipment
Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage IV lines, PICCs, and central lines
Care for feeding tubes and perform blood draws
Use Rapid Response Teams effectively and enforce infection prevention protocols
Document patient care accurately in EPIC charting system
Support patient falls prevention and overall safety initiatives
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with at least 1 year in PCU
Strong telemetry skills and dysrhythmia interpretation
Ability to perform IV therapy, blood draws, and line management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
