Registered Nurse – PCU Oncology | Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct patient care for oncology and telemetry patients in a high-acuity PCU setting
  • Administer medications, including chemotherapy, blood products, and IV therapies
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
  • Manage central lines, PICC lines, and other invasive devices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient assessments and care plans
  • Ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards
  • Perform wound care and manage respiratory support devices as needed

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Ohio RN license or ability to apply
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-acuity PCU or Medical Oncology tele units
  • Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, NIH
  • Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and IV management skills
  • Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels

Preferred:
  • Oncology-specific experience and chemotherapy administration
  • Experience with complex procedures like chest tubes, arterial lines, or wound vacs
  • Previous travel or agency nursing experience
