What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality care to patients in the PCU setting, adhering to facility protocols
Float across different units as needed within the OSU organization
Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to clinical needs
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR system
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
What You Need
Required:
Ohio RN license orcompact license
BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
Epic EMR experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU experience
Preferred:
Flexibility to float across units
Strong teamwork and communication skills
