What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality care for adult and geriatric patients with general chronic medical conditions in a mixed-acuity PCU setting
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care using Epic electronic health records
Float within the organization as needed to support patient care across units
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams via SBAR communication protocols
Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Respond to call requirements and participate in staff rotations
What You Need: Required:
Ohio RN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in progressive care/stepdown units
Preferred:
Experience working in a fast-paced, progressive care environment
Ability to float within different units
Strong communication skills and adaptability
