What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with mixed acuity, including PCU and stepdown levels
Monitor telemetry, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage cardiac events
Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products
Care for pre- and post-surgical patients, including wound and respiratory support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during rapid response and code situations
Float within the organization as needed, adhering to hospital protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
What You Need
Ohio RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent progressive care experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia management, IV therapy, and post-surgical care
Ability to work rotating shifts and accommodate call requirements
