What You’ll Do
Administer patient care in a cardiac/cardiovascular unit, focusing on telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias accurately
Manage IV insulin protocols and insulin drips per protocol
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments and interventions precisely
Respond swiftly to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
Ohio RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years RN experience in a hospital setting
Telemetry experience, cardiac monitoring skills, IV insulin protocols familiarity
Preferred:
Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation
Previous night shift experience in a similar unit
