What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with chronic medical conditions in a mixed-acuity Stepdown/PCU environment.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs quickly.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively using SBAR protocols.
Maintain documentation in Epic system and handle medication distributions via Pyxis/Accudose/Omnicell.
Float within the acute care setting as needed, supporting patient care across units.
Adhere to safety and infection control policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You Need
Ohio RN license (active) and valid BLS/ACLS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in progressive care, stepdown, or PCU units.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility to float within the organization.
